No workout

Today I wore heels and GODDAMNDOMYFEETANDTHIGHSHURTLIKEHELL!! I don’t know if this is the result of the heels or yesterday’s hike. But I’m inclined to think the heels. I’m hobbling around now, all hurty. So….no workout.

5 mile hike

Today’s hike was 5 miles by a river, up and down and VERY slippery because of the fall leaves on the ground and the wet ground. My ankles are complaining, but I really enjoyed it!!
Food has been so-so.

Workouttts

Went for a 3 hour hike on Satuday, up and down some hills. Hills are great for your glutes people, get out there!!
Yesterday was Raviana fat free yoga total tune up. It felt great, I must do it again. I’m still quite tense and wound up - maybe some more yoga is in order today.
