161.5?

Saw it briefly on the scale today but reweighed and it’s sticking to 162. I’ll take it anyway, 162 is better than 162.5. This cold is making me feel like a bit fat lump and I don’t want to do anything and I feel like I am wasting my weekend. I’m such a whiner today.

Hot!

It’s 80 degrees here and it is so hard to eat! Plus I have some weird hayfever/horrible cold thing going on which makes everything taste like sawdust. But I must keep eating -can’t let metabolism slow down!! Maybe I will step out into the searing heat and get a salad.
 

162!

Yay! I knew it would come off - I think I will stop logging food for a few days and see if this keeps working.

Coasting

I am taking it easy for a couple of days and not logging. I am down half a pound today to 162.5 so I’m hoping eating throughout the day will work.

Weigh in

Well, I am up to 163 which is not too bad. It’s right around my current plateau weight of 162.5 I did walk a lot and did some hill climbing  so some of it is definately muscle and I expect some is temporary water weight from not drinking nearly enough. It will come off!

Vacation report

I am back from my vacation! Did not get to enjoy it much as the weather was rubbish, but oh well. I haven’t been eating properly, but more in the sense that I ate much less and irregularly than I would at home. Haven’t weighed myself yet, we’ll see tomorrow morning.
