Hiking!

So the weather is finally beautiful in New England and I went for a hike with a new group - so much fun! Made a couple of contacts to follow up later for solo hikes and business. Awesome day all around.
Workout was Classical Stretch Deep muscle stretching. Food was good.

YES! I haven’t been this weight for months. Hurrah. This is about how low I got - around 161 the last time before I gained those 5 pounds again. This time I WILL hit the 150s. Wish me luck!!
