So the weather is finally beautiful in New England and I went for a hike with a new group - so much fun! Made a couple of contacts to follow up later for solo hikes and business. Awesome day all around.

Today’s workout was TJ 20 minute workout followed by the Heart Opening Flow from yogadownload.com. It was my first time trying the audio workout, and I enjoyed it. It did move fast in places, but I think that will get better as I get used to the routine.

Firm Maximum Body Sculpting again - I’m hoping rotating a few videos over and over will give better results than a random training routine. Food was good, but I ate some two-bite cupcakes. We’ll see if it causes any damage. I can’t tell what my body does well with lately.
