Hiking!

So the weather is finally beautiful in New England and I went for a hike with a new group - so much fun! Made a couple of contacts to follow up later for solo hikes and business. Awesome day all around.
Workout was Classical Stretch Deep muscle stretching. Food was good.

This is a FANTASTIC practice from yogadownload.com. Perfect perfect pacing, nice voice and it’s short! I added some of my own stretches afterward. Anyone do the Happy Baby pose? That one always feels terrific!

Haven’t posted for a few days! I had guests for the last 4 days, two who stayed overnight and two who came for lunch and dinner. And boy have I been eating! I thought I’d gained for sure but I stepped on the scale this morning to assess the damage and it hit me back [...]

Freestyle

Short set on the mat today sans DVD. I was following an ep of Law and Order but I think I still got a decent set in.
I gotta say this is harder than I thought it would be. I keep wanting to do cardio or weights or just SOMETHING ELSE!!

Today’s workout was Power Yoga for happiness Strong Free and Happy section. It was going great till he started doing balances! I wasn’t really in the mood for balances and I wasn’t expecting them because I don’t do this option very often. I also think I should have waiting longer after I’d eaten. Oh well… [...]

Kickboxing + Yoga

Today’s workout was TJ 20 minute workout followed by the Heart Opening Flow from yogadownload.com. It was my first time trying the audio workout, and I enjoyed it. It did move fast in places, but I think that will get better as I get used to the routine.

Kundalini yoga

So I did Raviana beginner and beyon section 1 which is the spinal series. It was great. Then I went over to a friend’s and she made me dinner an we had some wine - a good day all in all altho I might have to work off these calories now>

Hope everyone’s holidays were happy and filled with joy and love! Thank you for all the well wishes. Mine were very good, not sure what I’m doing for New Year’s yet. I managed to get a workout in yesterday - 2 miles of Leslie followed by a little Raviana.

Today’s workout

Firm Maximum Body Sculpting again - I’m hoping rotating a few videos over and over will give better results than a random training routine. Food was good, but I ate some two-bite cupcakes. We’ll see if it causes any damage. I can’t tell what my body does well with lately.
