Short set on the mat today sans DVD. I was following an ep of Law and Order but I think I still got a decent set in.
I gotta say this is harder than I thought it would be. I keep wanting to do cardio or weights or just SOMETHING ELSE!!

What a great workout - not as jumpy as the others and yet my heart rate was right up there. Followed up with a leeeetle strength training and a few yoga poses. Great workout. Food has been under control.

Dinner was a sandwich and a half - one with deli ham and the half with hot spread and ketchup. Yummy!

Interesting that the people maintaining did so on a high-carb diet. I know I can’t survive without carbs, that’s why I have never tried Atkins. Atkins seems weird to me anyway, an unnatural way to eat. I know people love it but it’s not for me.
