Gawd that was one tiring walk. I walked 5.25 Miles - dog tired now. Passed the brook and a groundhog was playing on the bank - so cool, I always like seeing them.
Dinner was a Lean Cuisine (Chicken Parmesan) - I went over my calories a little but Sparkpeople is WEIRD, it doesn’t let you eat your exercise points. Considering I burned nearly 500 calories, I’m not too upset about eating 100 above my limit.
-One thing I messed up on - Did not eat any fruit or veggie servings - bad!
-One thing I did that was great - Walked 5 Miles
-One thing I feel really good about - I am sticking to my exercise program.
Am I ever going to sleep well tonight!
I like to look at pretty pictures to make me serene and calm
