Weigh in

scale.jpgWell, I am up to 163 which is not too bad. It’s right around my current plateau weight of 162.5 I did walk a lot and did some hill climbing  so some of it is definately muscle and I expect some is temporary water weight from not drinking nearly enough. It will come off!
