I really need to work on habit #3. I will try it this week and see how it goes.
Habit #3 is about resetting your notion of when to eat (or stop eating). The easiest way to say it is “eat when you’re hungry, stop when you’re not.” Notice that this says nothing about feeling full.
I don’t stuff myself like I used to, but I still eat till I am full - altho with things like Lean Cuisine, that is just how much is in the box. Still, I could do better with snacks.

Lately I’ve been resting in the middle of my meal. I tend to just eat, eat, eat till everything’s gone. But I’m trying to stop, put my fork down and decide how my body feels. Hungry? Satisfied? Full? I’m trying to stop at Satisfied…Trying being the key word here!
Resting…..That’s a very good idea. I’m going to try that today. I have always inhaled my food, according to my dad, even as a baby.
