Sick but losing a little weight

I’m fighting some kind of infection - they have me on anti-biotics. Things are still good with my guy and I’m seeing him next week. I’ve lost a couple of pounds from my high this last week. I gained most of it from eating out with him! Gotta watch those happy couple pounds.
