Felt like testing that morning theory out again, so I did “Walk and Kick” from Leslie Sansone. What a great workout! She does some decent moves in this AND the music is different from most of her series which tend to repeat the same music. I felt great when I was done and it was not too fast and not too long - 32 mins including her intro. She talks less in this one too!
I have a hike planned this afternoon! It’s going to be a ‘body’ day today. Some days are mind days and some days are body days. ![]()

I wish there were some good hiking trails around here. Your post reminded me of the belly dance class I took. I can’t afford to go back to classes but I have the dvd still. Unfortunately its not set to music, which makes it a lot less fun to do.
