Major workout day

I actually started out not feeling like working out at all. So I decided to try Taebo Flex which I just got, along with a bunch of other workouts. It started off really slow, and stayed pretty slow, altho my heart rate was in target zone in some places. I have to say I sweated plenty with all the long holds!

That was about 35 mins…then I just felt like sweating some more so I stuck in TurboJam Cardio Party 3 - 45 mins of foot stomping, kickboxing FUN. Heart rate was almost as max most of the time, I had to tone it down a  couple of times.

Then I did a few stretches, and felt like doing some Ravi Ana. So I did the tuning in and a couple of moves of Fat Free Yoga. I had to stop since it was like 9:00 and I was horribly hungry, or else I would have kept going. :)

Food has been pretty good and I skipped dessert today.

Losing weight is easier than I thought!
