Today’s workout was Fim Calorie Killer with Nancy Tucker. Is this ever a tough tough workout!! And just when you think you can’t do any more, it stops. The stretch at the end is great too.
I have fruit flies in the house again, ARGH! I keep destroying their breeding grounds but someone gave me some fruit that I forgot about.
I also made banana bread today! It came out well, I think it needs a tad more sugar next time. Recipe was from here -> http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/The-Best-Banana-Bread/Detail.aspx I added 1/2tsp vanilla extract, 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon and a quarter cup of walnuts. I ate a slice of that sooooo food hasn’t been that great.
Oh well!!

Hi Ann — kudos to you on your workout! And the fruit flies…have you tried apple cider vinegar? Place some in a small bowl, cover the bowl tightly with stretch wrap, and poke a dozen or so holes in it with a toothpick or skewer. Within minutes, the little beggars will go in the holes for the vinegar and can’t get out again. I’ve had dozens in a bowl at a time.
Might be worth a try. The recipe looks delish! Thanks for your welcome and encouraging comment, too.
