Yesterday I did Turbo Jam CP2 and then I did pyramid sets for my arms and shoulders. 12-10-8 sets of 3,5 and 8 lb dumbbells. My arms are fried. It’s been over 24 hours and they are STILL fried.
I think my arms will always be kinda big, I don’t remember ever having stick arms. But hey, at least they can be big because they are muscle rather than fat!! That’s become my attitude to my body. If it likes this weight, fine. I’ll just turn the fat into muscle and stay at this weight. And that’s really my motivation Dritta.
