Split workout

I was home all day today so I did strength moves broken up throughout the day. Squats and lunges in the morning(100).

Upper body in the afternoon and core in the evening. I really like this way of working out, I didn’t feel pressed for time like I do with the hour long workouts. I’m going to do it for the rest of this week and see how it works out.

Food was okay.
