Hello

Day before yesterday - Yoga Shakti - I just CANNOT click with this one. :(

Yesterday…rest day after a horrible day at work.

Today - Breakthru Pilates Sculpt. I only intended to do 15 minutes but did about 45. Felt great, I love workouts that work my core!

Food has been good this week.
