Whoo

topviewdumbbell.jpgI am worn out! I did Firm Total Body Sculpting Mix - it’s 77 heart pounding, tall box climbing, sweaty minutes! I heavied up a bit, I am using 8 pounds for my biceps now and 5 pounds for everything else.

Food was a two-egg omelet + 2 slices of bread in the morning and a lean cuisine at night. Cuttting down on the snacks to see if I go down again.

And the 100th comment on my blog from Drittadoll :) Thank you all for your comments, they really do mean a lot. Dritta, if you let me know your favorite animal, I’ll make you a drawing of it!

    A four hand massage - I think I probably said this wrong - is two people working on you at the same time! For people who love to get rubbed - my little shopaholic- it’s like heaven!
