Metabolic Research Center
Yesterday, November 2nd, I joined Metabolic Research Center. I want to lose 32lbs. I believe the cost was $296.00. Since I’m already taking a multi-vitamin, I told the “counselor” that I wouldn’t be purchasing theirs. I told her I’d purchase my Omega 3-6-9 at GNC as well. I’m on a limited budget and can’t afford all the stuff they’d like to sell you. I do realize that you have to purchase the protein drinks, but that’s all. As long as your willing to get the required supliments from somewhere. I go back on Friday to do the “orientation,” and get my daily food requirements.

Ah…well you learned a lesson early on that I didn’t. You don’t have to buy all the crap they try to sell. I bought all the supplements, all the bars & shakes, and all that crap. (the bars & shakes are essentially Slim-Fast stuff better off bought at Walmart.) The menus; however, are great! They helped me drop so much weight in little time. The support of the staff is tremendous as well!
Try it out, give it a chance. I think the help and the support and the plan really helps!
