Excerise
Ugh, the one thing im awful with. But I want to change this around. Because this is a lifelong adventure. So here are my goals:
Everyday ( work days) (sunday rest)=
20 minutes HIIT
40 weights (4 sets) 15 lbs.
40 sit ups.
Hard Core excerise (non work days)=
60 minutes cardio
40 Weights (15 lbs)
40 Sit ups
*Also want to start doing pilates once a week to get the swing of it. Will try to implement this on fridays.
