I want to be really disciplined with my diet becoz I want to weigh 177lbs on Monday.
Todays Diet:
Breakfast (9am)- 1/3 cup 5 grain cerial, 2 tbsp. honey,
Cinnamon, 1/2 oz walnuts, 1 cup of fruits. < 450 cal.
Lunch (12pm)- 2 cups lentil. <300 cal.
Snack (3pm)- 1 cup fruit, 1 oz walnuts. <300 cal.
Dinner (630pm)- Large salad <300 cal.
Extra- Almond milk w/ unsweetened cocoa, stevia.
< 60 cal.
Total 1410 Cal.
