What I ate today:

Looking over previous posts I saw I use to post what I ate. I like to see what it is over a day to get an idea how it affects my weight and so forth.

Breakfast (10:30am)- cashews, almonds, walnut medley.

Lunch (1pm)- Salad, grape tomatoes, cucumber, onions, feta, sunflower seeds.

Snack (3pm)-  Nut medley again.

Dinner (7pm)- 2 -Large- bowls of popcorn (no butter), nuts, 5tbsp honey (just coz it tasted sweet),  feta cheese. - kinda just nibbled on the feta like a mouse. HAHA!

This could be considered alot and not a regular dinner LOL.

I didnt count calories or points for that matter. I been getting lazy in this field. But, I ate somewhere between 2,500 to 3,000 calories im sure. Tomorrow I will aim towards more balanced meals. But, the popcorn was declicious.
