Cut one tomato in thin slices, and put across dish.
Cut another layer of onions and place the on top of tomatoes.
Cut another tomato and place on top of onions.
spread pesto sauce across top layer of salad.
Drizzle with olive oil.
Salt and pepper.
Delicious!!!!!!!

First day of excerise…

I totally missed out on the gym today. Yes, I am taking total responsibility. But I will be doing 40 crunches tonight. And will do my 30 minute work out tomorrow, and the following day. My first day off which is thursday I will be spending more time at the gym in hopes of making up for today.

MOTIVATED Pictures, Images and Photos
Sorry I been away due to problems getting on this blog. But I was able to fix it tonight! yay! I have total new motivation with June! I got down to 187lbs with the end of May. Yes, the scale has been my friend. By the end of June I am going to say i’ve excerised more and I weigh 179.8 or less!!!! It’s on!!!! I am determined and I am full of motivation. I missed everyone!!! I am SO happy to be back. Alright below will be all my Junes goals:

Take in 1,500 calories. Drink Only: Water, Lemonade, Teas, Honey, Stevia. - No coffee.

Excerise everyday (except sundays) minnimum 30 minutes.

Time management. -is vital to energy, health, excerise.

 

Excerise Make sure adequate sleep. 8 hours every night. sleep is vital. Go to bed 8:30pm. Lights out. Up at 5am!
