Alfredo in progress

1 ounce aged Parmesan cheese cubed
1 ounce aged Romano cheese cubed
1 ounce aged Asiago cheese cubed
3 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup milk
***Optional***
1 clove garlic, minced
salt
pepper
1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Directions:
Place the cheeses in a food processor and pulse till finely grated add optional ingredients as well. Put cheese and butter and milk in a microwave safe bowl. Heat on high for 1 minute and then stir. Heat on high for another minute and stir again. Heat on high for 1 last minute and stir. Pour over pasta and enjoy.
- this was a recipe I found on CDkitchen. Im going to have to swap out the butter. and do something else with the cheeses. I’ll come up with some concoction. But once I do this I will let everyone know the changes I made. I love alfredo sauce. I miss it. So what im going to do is just swap the pasta with carrots or greens and put the sauce over it. It sounds delish! Be back with a update.
