Breakfast 8am: 2 pieces of Zucchinni bread (homemade) absolutely delicious! Quarter apple + 1 tbsp cinnamon. < 400 cal.

Snack 11am: 1 serving peanuts < 170 cal.

Lunch 2pm: Bowl of Lentil w/ potatoes < 200 cal.

Snack 5pm: 1/2 bowl of Lentil w/ potatoes < 100 cal.

Dinner 8pm (late because my schedule is messed up right now): Baked Zucchinni & tomatoes < 210 cal.

Beverages today: 2 cups of coffee with skim milk & stevia < 100 cal. -homemade lemonade < 20 cal.

Total Calorie Intake: 1,200 Calories- perfect!

Water Goal: 80oz (complete- yay for being early!)

Excerise Goal: 30 minutes gym. Did HIIT. Is less more? We will surely find out at next weeks weigh in! NO I am not weighing myself before Monday. 40 weights 15lbs. 20 crunches. Satisfying day, If I say so myself. Heres to a happy and healthy life for ALL OF US!!!
