This summer has been incredible. Mainly because ive made so much progress. If I had known all the valueable tools I know now I would have changed how I ate a LONG time ago. I thought loosing weight meant not eating anymore. Sadly, I was misinformed. And I believe alot of other people are aswell. Also patience… is a very important step in this transformation. You cant rush your body. You need to loose is naturally otherwise you will probably damage your metabolism. Im not a doctor or a nutritionist. Just someone who has gained a little life experience. But, God knows im SO far from perfecting any of this business. Everything we need to know on our diet (eating habits) is in the bible which will lead all of us into a safe lifestyle.
Also with the patience stuff im starting to learn to work on it for myself. I always have a 10lb goal for myself. But, this month I didnt make it. Im SO ok with that. 1.} I hurt my back so didnt excerise at all. 2.} I cant stop myself from eating alot. I just really do need to eat alot to be satisfied. So im ok with that aswell. Although I eat alot I eat nourishing foods which turn into fuel instead of fat. Hooray for learning that! So in beginning of month I bopped around 180-179lbs. Right now I am currently on TOM and VERY bloated. Hopefully by end of month I will be 175-174lbs (5-6lb loss). And we will take the month of September from the next weigh in!

3 mozzerella sticks, 1 1/2 grilled cheeses (wheat bread), bowl of ice cream (havent done that in forever). I might explode. Guilt. I polluted my body but it tasted SO good! Lets see how it affected my weight when TOM is over.

How did I loose 1.6 lbs in 4 days without excerise and lots of eating? <— stumpted. If I knew I could eat healthy and eat alot I woulda made this change a long time agoooooooo!!!!

lentil couscous salad

ok this was real delicious… the hot and cold, awesome.
cook the lentil, green beans, onions, put in couscous last 5 minutes or so. prepare lettuce, tomatoes, onions, olive oil, vinegar. Throw the lentil/couscous mixture over the salad. DELICIOUS! and filling!

I want to be really disciplined with my diet becoz I want to weigh 177lbs on Monday.
Todays Diet:
Breakfast (9am)- 1/3 cup 5 grain cerial, 2 tbsp. honey,
Cinnamon, 1/2 oz walnuts, 1 cup of fruits. < 450 cal.
Lunch (12pm)- 2 cups lentil. <300 cal.
Snack (3pm)- 1 cup fruit, 1 oz walnuts. <300 cal.
Dinner (630pm)- Large salad <300 cal.
Extra- Almond milk w/ unsweetened cocoa, stevia.
< 60 cal.
Total 1410 Cal.

Breakfast (630): 1 cup apple, 1 oz walnuts, honey, cinnamon. < 300 cal.
Snack (930): 1 oz cashews, apple. < 220 cal.
Lunch (1230): 1/4 cup (uncooked) couscous, 1 tbsp
olive oil, 2 tbsp grated cheese, 1 cup corn, half onion. < 450 cal.
Snack (330): 1 cup assorted fruits, 1 oz. almonds.
Dinner(630): Large Salad, 1 tbsp olive oil. < 400 cal.
Extra: Glass of almond milk mixed
with 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa < 80 cal. bowl popcorn < 60 cal.
Total= 1510 cal.

In my attempt to be diligent with my daily eating.
I want to log tomorrows meals. It all looks good but
lets see if their if follow through. Sorry, honesty. I
have the best intentions now, but tomorrow who knows.
Tomorrow food schedule (monday):
Breakfast (630): 1/2 cup oats, stevia, 1/2 cup
blueberries, 1/2 cup strawberries.
Snack (930): 1 oz cashews.
Lunch (1230): 1/4 cup (uncooked) couscous, 1 tbsp
olive oil, 1 tsp grated cheese, 1 cup corn.
Snack (330): 1 cup assorted fruits, 1 oz. almonds.
Dinner(630): Large Salad, 1 tbsp olive oil.
Extra: Glass of almond milk mixed
with 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa w/ bowl of popcorn
New Beginning

I guess im starting over. Although, not really. My regular diet is fairly consistant and healthy. Just in large quantities which is probably why I havent lost more weight (assumption). I spent a week in disney with awful eating. I just had a trip to Hershey Park (In PA) and was filled with choco. and a few trips to restaurants with unhealthy food options. Although I choose fruit after I choose that cake which was filled with peanut butter cream and chocolate (Im sure the cream was 80% sugar!). So, im starting fresh. Im going to stick to my diet no matter what that scale says tomorrow. Im going to be consistant and more disciplined in the quantity of the food I eat. Heres to (lifts imaginary glass in air) loosing the rest of this weight that I HATE!
