I’d like to pose a question to all the dieters out here to help me and help you understand why we are on this journey we have decided to take. I know it seems like a simple question but most of the time I’ve realized that the answer is anything but simple and usually involves a walked path that is filled with pain, agony, and the feeling of worthlessness. I’ll try to answer my own question though.
Q: Why do you want to lose weight
A: I want to look good and feel good about myself. I want to enjoy the weightlessness of my youth before its over. I WANT TO BE ABLE TO WEAR CASUAL CLOTHES without feeling fat and needing extra layers to hide underneath which just in turn makes you look more bulky. I want to have the freedom and confidence to meet up with old friends without the dreaded feeling(I’m sure you all understand what I mean). I want to be released from the fear when someone wants to take photos of me. I just want it all!
On another note. I had a pretty good day today in terms of healthy food
Nesvita Oats (2 packs) - 12.00 pm
Rice with mutton and veges - 3.00 pm
1 cup of yogurt - 6.00 pm
1 bowl of steamed veges - 8.45
(I had a bite of burger, 2 small chocolate sticks and 1 biscuit)
Still havent managed to begin my exercise yet. I hope I’ll try soon. All the best ladies and gentleman.
