Uncategorized March 25th, 2009The sick bug, that is. I am feeling like poop.
I skipped boot camp this morning, and that makes me a little sad. My aunt thinks I should take the day off of exercise, but I really want to do something in case I get sicker and physically can’t later in the week. I still need 6 miles for my SB challenge! So, if I am feeling a little better this afternoon I am going to get on the bike. I can knock out 6 miles in less than half an hour without too much exersion. It must happen. Now if I can just find some Tylenol cold & sinus…
B: 1/2c oats, 1/2 scoop protein, 1/4c soy milk, 1/2 banana
S: none… neighbor popped over for a visit! ![]()
L: 2 slices Ezekial bread, 2 Tbsp almond butter, 1/2 banana (46grams), 1 Tbsp Blueberry All Fruit, 8oz Tropicana 50 OJ
S: Healthy Choice steamer thing. God only knows how long it has been in the freezer… Eek!
D: 2 slices pizza, salad with romaine, carrots, tomato, and berry vinegarette
water: 8

These bugs this year are powerful. Drink lots of fluids, eat an orange and get some rest
