The sick bug, that is. I am feeling like poop. :( I skipped boot camp this morning, and that makes me a little sad. My aunt thinks I should take the day off of exercise, but I really want to do something in case I get sicker and physically can’t later in the week. I still need 6 miles for my SB challenge! So, if I am feeling a little better this afternoon I am going to get on the bike. I can knock out 6 miles in less than half an hour without too much exersion. It must happen. Now if I can just find some Tylenol cold & sinus…
