Clever title, for sure. Yesterday? Meh, not so great. I did my strength training, but then waited for my hubby to run. He hasn’t run in a long time, so he just wanted to go for a short run. We ran almost 2 miles, which was not the 3 I wanted, but he runs SO much faster than me. My HR was was up there almost the whole time. I am about to get on the treadmill and go nice and slow! ha!

Eating was okay yesterday until dinner. We went to the Claim Jumper, which is crazy delicious, but has no nutritional info. wtf?! That makes me so mad. Actual dinner was okay, the lemon cheescake creme brulee? Notsomuch! ha!

Okay, so I went grocery shopping finally, and I started getting gluten free stuff. Apparently I am anti wheat from now on according to the blood type diet. I have actually wanted to go gluten free for a while, just cause, so this is kind of exciting. Although I am not allowed dairy on the diet, I ate ice cream after lunch. hehe I feel like such a rebel. I am the only one that likes the kind I have, and I am not one to waste food (obviously). I got soy milk, and I have never tried it before, so we’ll see tomorrow morning. Eek!

I have yet to run. I waited because the plan was to run with the hubby again today (loving gramma here!), but when he got home he was not in a running mood. So, I am going to let my food settle and plan for some treadmill time in about half an hour. That gives me enough time to run 4 miles before I have to get the boys. I’ll be skanchy and sweaty, but whatev. Better that than skip it.
