I am a badass. And, I am feeling very strong at this moment. Did the 30 day shred with the hubbs (which FYI is HARD as HELL!), ate well and in perfect portion, AND after that ran with my son. So, if you count walking to pick up the boys from school (which was a surprise for them… I am usually just getting there from work but I left work a few minutes early today so I had time to come drop the car off) that is 1.5 miles of walking (half brisk half not so much but giving piggyback rides), 3.2 miles of running, and a 20 minute Jillian shred. Oh yeah, who’s bad?! ;-)

Thursday, of course, is my Friday, and this was SUCH a stressful week. Man, am I glad to be done with it!!!

I ran this morning, the 1.7 miles, and I planned on doing the 30 day shred as soon as I got home, but the hubby wants to do it with me so now I am waiting for him to get home so we can do that. After that I’m making spaghetti and meat balls per the boys request and then lastly I am going for another run with my oldest. He asked if I would run with him tonight as soon as I picked him up from school! I am stoked that he enjoys it and that I have a running buddy at night, even if he is a little faster than me :-) We’ll probably just do the 1.5 route, but that will still put me at over 3 miles for the day. Yay! My weight was U-G-L-Y this morning, but I am not even going to let it bug me. Food for the day is on target thus far and should be fine even after dinner. I have a VERY strong resolve this time. Some say the 3rd time is the charm, I say the 322nd time is! :-)

In other news, I am feeling so blessed right now. I have an amazing hubby, awesome kids, a country that isn’t as screwed up as Argentina or Iceland financially, and a job which according to the reports is becoming a rarety. Life is good.
