Here we are, yet another Monday. Poor Monday… seems they always get the bad rep. Diets start on Monday, weekends officially end on them, and you can now get a case of them! ha!

I went on my run that I thought was about 2 miles this morning, only to find out it is only 1.7. Blasted! That’s ok though. I am aiming for that 3 times a week and the 3 miles (that is really 3 miles, I checked!) at least 2 times a week. Anything extra is gravy. Or anti-gravy. Hmmmm…

Food is so far so good, although I eat one of two things for breakfast every morning and they are both healthy. I need to shower up and pack a lunch. Hubby is off today and I have to work an extra hour to make up for the holiday tomorrow (which is also my anniversary!). Speaking of the hubby, he just got in from his run… the 3 miler… in 16 minutes. RAWR. What a punk.
