So my day got lots better. I was so frustrated after my botched morning run that I went on a cleaning/organizing spree and I now officially have the world’s most organized bedroom. Seriously, it is so bare in there that I managed to do pilates there tonight. I give it three days. :-) I wanted to go for another run, or a walk, but it gets dark so fast now. I’m not so sure I like it. I took a nap and then settled for some pilates tonight, so all in all a pretty productive day. Food was right on for the first time in a long time. It feels so good to be able to say that. I’m going for 5 straight days of perfection. 5 days isn’t too long. Surely I can do a mere 5 days… Yeah, so that’s about it. I just wanted to have a moderately positive post to balance out the bitchiness from earlier! :D

So, I got a new heart rate monotor, and it RUINED my run this morning! I wanted to look at it a lot and see if it was right in the miles and mph functions. Well, it wasn’t! I had gone almost a mile before I looked, and it said I had gone .3 miles! grrrrrrr AND, the worst, it says I run at a speed of between 2.67 and 3.74. Are you efin KIDDING me? So, I stopped my usual run and walked to test it. Crap. Then I sprinted and STILL couldn’t get the thing to read even 4mph. So, the moral of the story is I am taking it back and waiting for a body bugg. I forgot I wanted one of those anyway, though I would rather have something that measured my heartrate, too. ARGH!

So, like I said earlier, run was crap. I’m going to try to do something else today. Haven’t eaten yet, but just about to. Today is day one on my recommitting myself to my diet thing. Yes, it is the 321st day one, but a day one all the same :)
