Week #4 & 5 Challeneges
So this week’s challenge is 200 minutes of cardio, not including boot camp. This time must be logged or blogged between this Monday (10/26) and next Wednesday. This seems like a lot of cardio, but believe it or not, it’s the recommended amount!! You can break it up however you would like.
Next week’s challenge (for those of you who like to plan) is to eat at least 5 servings of veggies everyday (with a 1 day exception
This challenge runs Monday (11/2) through Wednesday (11/11). A serving is 1/2 a cup, except leafy greens are 1 cup.
We’re nearing our mid-session measurements! They will be 11/9 and 11/11
Remember those results you are looking for only come from your own hard work! Plus, there are still tons of great prizes left for those of you that do your hw!

I feel like I have been doing a fairly good job, but am still nervous about the 1/2 way mark measurements! I guess I will know if I have to step it up a notch w/the exercise and change my eating even more.

I’m anxious too but good to know!
