OH, it feels SOOO goood to have my computer back!  I’ve had nothing but problems the last few months between bad modems, viruses, but alas I think it’s all taken care of.  My computer is completely different than when I turned it in, different operating system or something (lost my disks so they improvised) but it works and I’m connected -  that’s the most important thing!   The running has been great!  The food was doing good (even without being able to track with fitday) and somewhere I blew it.  I was actually at the 125 mark, feeling like I could do this 120 thing maybe, and now I’m back up to 128 or so (I didn’t weight today as if not knowing is better).  All I can do is run, I just don’t have the darned stamina to say no to chocolate  But the running is good.  I think what I love most about running is that my dh and I are doing it together a few days a week.   It’s nice that we actually have found a way to carve out some time together, I can honestly say it’s added an extra spark to things lately having something new to share.

So last weekend’s run went really really well, I finished 2 minutes faster than my first 5K, partially cause I was farther up in the start line this time, last time I went to the back and had a hard time getting through the walkers, and also cause I’m doing longer runs now.  Anyways, DH really wants me to do the Emerald K on St. Pat’s weekend with him, it’s a 12K accross the Golden Gate Bridge, which will be incredibly cold but if it’s a clear day the view’s amazing.  So I think I’m up for it!  I’d like to do a 10k first though, not sure if anything is coming up.  Oh, so the side note to the 5K is that my ds7 passed me up and finished nearly a minute before me and he barely runs ever.  Good for him - he’s already asking when the next 5K is so I guess he runs now too :)

Okay it has taken me all day to write this one post, I keep getting interrupted and so on, I’m just posting it or it’ll never get done - I apologize for any typos - I know I’m notorious for them!  Good Night!
