Week 1: 59.8 pounds to lose. - I am revising this to really reflect what I want to lose - however awful I feel it is. I DO have a goal - and this is what I must lose to get there.
First Mini-Goal: Lose 10% of the total I want to lose. I am going to round up and say that it is 6 pounds. I don’t really have an award for meeting that goal in mind yet….but will be thinking about it.
Week 2: Loss: 1.8 lbs (4.2 until first mini-goal, and 58 lbs left to lose overall)
