Meeting days 3 & 4
Eat April 3rd, 2008Well, the rest of my meeting went okay, although I found myself snacking a lot more yesterday afternoon and this morning during the coffee breaks.
The food at the hotel was really lacking and I felt generally hungry a lot as I didn’t like the food choices and ate little at each meal. I couldn’t always find fruit to throw into my purse and ended up eating some other junk from time to time, but overall it was pretty good.
I drank a ton of water both days as well, and feel overall that I did a good job and that I am able to be pretty much back in control. Tonight I had a healthy dinner at home (roasted chicken) and the season’s first fresh strawberries for dessert.
This weekend I have my brother and his family visiting, but my brother and his wife eat very healthy almost all of the time, so I’m not too worried about being inundated by tough situations this weekend.

Actually sounds like you can be really proud of yourself - your self-discipline was commendable (wish I could say the same!). The visit with you brother and his wife will help you stay on track, so that’s good too.
