Are you just going to post about your day now and then on here or was that your last entry? =(

I’ll keep blogging but just not with the food diary thing. I need a paper diary to keep with me so that I update it from time to time during the day, I don’t have that kind of access to my computer on most days.
I really enjoy blogging but since right now I’m struggling a lot with my weight it’s a harder time to come up with entries - and since I’d decided to do about a week of a food diary on the blog, once that wasn’t working I didn’t know what to do, so I did nothing.
At least I realized that it wasn’t working, so I’m giving up on that approach and on to another one…

A paper log is just as good as one on a blog, I guess–as long as you have some kind of accountability, it’s what matters.
I’m currently trying the blog log as well. I don’t know how long this will last. I can probably write down my meals in my notebook, and then update the blog when I can during the day or in the evening. But I’m still not sure yet if I’ll keep on doing this.

I can sympathize, Round. I’m near giving up my blog and I only just started it less than a week ago. But I hope you don’t give yours up because I think you have a lot to say - even if you don’t feel as if you do. The release of information can lighten your burden. Don’t worry about blogging to make others happy - blog to make yourself strong, whatever that might mean to you - just type it out. Hope this makes sense.

I know what you mean about a paper food diary. I loved my old fashioned WW one where you tick off the number of carbs, proteins and also put in your water and exercise. I love your blog, so I sure hope you keep telling us about all the good things you’re thinking and learning.

Keep blogging on paper or a computer. It really does help. And remember you’ll always find supporting comments on here. So don’t be afraid to be honest about stuff that’s bothering you.
