Low Stress Weight Loss November 19th, 2007As I read others’ stories and blogs I am often overcome by the similarity of our struggles and sometimes in awe of the strength of some of you.
Today I came across a post of AngelFood, who last week accomplished what I am aiming for - a good week, without too much stress, and real food. Here’s her post.

So the salad recipe is on my blog page under recipies - i absolutley love it, and you really can do whatever you want with it (add as much or as little.
That dessert all I did was mix togther two packages of cream cheese, a carton of whipping cream, 3-4 packets of splenda, and a tbsp of peanut butter. Then i used the mini muffin pan and they are probably 1tbsp servings. I figured out the carb count on my own, and I love them - obviously you cannot each a crap load - but they are really nice when you are having an ice cream craving because they are very rich and you really dont want to eat any more than 2 anyway.
