Well today in spite of horrendous children or adults? I did manage to do 10,000 steps between Denise Austin’s 15 minute walk and walking the dogs and walmart and a mile on the treadmill. I stuck to the diet and ate well. A couple new friends are Denise Austin’s video with 3 15 minute , 1 mile walks. I don’t know what it is about her, her perkiness and positivity but with her time seems to go faster than Leslie Sansone or any of the others….I just added her 12 mins workouts, I will keep you posted. Another new toy is the panini sandwich maker from walmart for $29.99…Yumm, I use the whole grain english muffin, 100 cals and 5 gs of fiber, with olive oil spray, 2% slice of pepperjack cheese and 2 slices of honey smoked turkey for all around 200 cals…throw on tomatoes, lettuce, onions, banana peppers and pickles..and I am in 7th heaven for around 200 cals..4 points, yummy! Does anybody have Denise Austin’s yoga video? I am interested in how that one is…tomorrow morning to the gym with hubby for arms..get the muscle on…

Well yesterday was a nice day bonding with hubby and relaxing. I slept a bit and ate well. We went out to eat and I did well and saved the calories for dessert! LoL…I worked out with hubby at gym on weights and we walked the dogs for about 20 minutes!

Well everyone, I lost 0.4 lbs in 2 weeks and funny thing, i am ECSTATIC! I have not journaled, been water conscious, or food conscious or slept or done anything healthy over the past 2 weeks. The only thing I can say is while I knew I blew it at times, to try to get back up when I was thinking about it and add the water and exercise. Thanks so much to all of your support! I am working on trying to get back on the stick this week and make the way in a little more exciting. I am getting close to the 10 pounds gone mark….woohie! You know what makes you think, when I pick up 2 pairs of 5 pound dumbells what I am doing to myself. Maybe I should try the biggest loser tactic and carry it on my back one whole day so that it resonates just how much that is. For anyone who uses free podcasts off of itunes that start cooking video looks great, and also, they have morning coach, motivation to move, and treadmill training. I downloaded them to my ipod ( although if you don’t have an ipod you can watch them on your computer) and I will let you know how it goes. I also updated some snazzy new tunes…Oh and Oh, I went rollerskating today! What a fun and killing working! I had a blast ( although I wished I brought my ipod as the music sucked)….I was sweating and panting worse than I do after running a few miles or being on the elliptical..LoL! Now..just like each of you I had not skated in over a decade or more and did hug the wall in the beginning for quite a bit..and I am still shaky! I went all by myself so if I fell on my butt , who cares or who knows me! LoL…Happy Weekend All!

Hello all, well I don’t have an update on weight yet..did not go weigh in..i had to take off to take care of my father a few days and then I was/am exhausted. A few things I do know , if I don’t sleep and/ or exercise, I eat horrible..so with that being said not sure what my weigh in is going to look like, but will keep you posted…Did lousy, with water, food, and all, it just goes out the window…

I have been doing horrible this week. Stressful week and really have not been paying attention to the right things, veges and water. Ugh, I need to get back on the stick…I decided to write to confess and maybe it will help me move past.

ok world so don’t usually eat beef and 1/2 cup is 5 points? Sheesh..who eats 1/2 cup? Wow..ok, so I have figured it out. When I am sleep deprived, I snack and munch trying to fill in for sleep and crave something but nothing satisfies it. Ok 2 sucky days on the diet but I counted it all up!. Thank the lord for exercise and the extra points for the week! I am still in the money! LoL..ok but will try to eat healthier for the week and sleep tonight! Does mopping floors count for exercise? Today’s exercise, 2 hours of abs and free weights with my buff hubby who tortures me, which is great, eh? LoL. I am blessed, I don’t have to pay for it. He rocks! Ok…back to the routine tomorrow. Sleep is necessary, I get that!

Ok, world, the official weigh in is here and I am thrilled!!! 3 more lbs down…You know you think about those 3 lb dumbells I struggle with and then that is how much is gone…not to mention the other 5 pounds…LoL or the pound of butter for the butter stick..yucky! I did walk 4 miles today with the dogs and 13, 000 steps total. Well, I have been trying to focus in on one thing each week that I seem to get “slack” on. This past week, I focused on the journaling. This upcoming week, I will be focusing on more water. Now on another side, I did eat fried fish, calamari, and a brownie. I did count the calories though and it was soooooooooooo worth it! Ok, extra work on the treadmill tomorrow along with the weights workout with my hunky hubby! I used my extra points for the week, isn’t that what they are for? Yummy, it was good. I have been cutting down fried food to once or less per week and focusing on the healthy side. Now I have a wonderful friend named Kim who has recommended I add in Ashwaganda and I don’t know if that is it or not, but since I have been taking it for the past 3 weeks, I have had the losses. Thanks Kim! I appreciate you! Off to drink a glass of water….

Hello all, I wanted to share a few tips that really have been helping me. While the diet and weight is huge ( no pun intended, haha) I have been trying to make it more about health. For the water, I set a timer that requires me to get up off my butt like my oven timer. If you are not home, you can use your cell phone alarm. Every hour I drink a glass of water until dinner time usually. I find this really helps me and keeps it forefront.
In the morning, usually I eat an apple and banana so I have my my two fruit servings together off the bat. I then drink two spicy ( only way I can tolerate the drink) cans of V-8 vegetable juice. Now while those count as 2 servings of veges, i only count them as one. Additionally, they are only 60 calories or one point for weight watchers. Hee hee. This leaves me two servings of veges to have so either I try to throw a salad in for lunch plus my veges at dinner or I just eat double veges at dinner. The green giant frozen veges are the best, high recommend! I hope this helps each of you, I have found since I have been doing this, I have had two great weeks. Now also, on a side note, I took my measurements and not much changed BUT 1/2 an inch off of my legs which are huge. My weight is in the hips and booty. So I am thrilled! I hope this helps everyone, I know it helps me!

Hello there World! Today was a great day! I jouraled my food ( my big goal for the week) and stayed within my points. I did two of Denise Austin’s walk a mile on DVD,, one was burning fat and the other walk and tone. I really like her..she is annoyingly motivating, LoL! They are really good , much better, than Leslie Sansone and then I walked the Dogs twice today. So food wise good day, Kid wise, ugh..I am at a loss, too painful to discuss, but need a lot of prayer please. Thank you!
