		<description>Thanks for the comment, Will let you know about the books. Just started one of them today. I'm going to try to do 2-3 weeks at the same time, alternating between each so i can get as much information into me as possible.

I hope you get out of your rough time and start taking baby steps towrd what you need and want to do. Keep in touch! or atleast keep reading, maybe you'll get inspired? It's a hard thing to do for sure. 

I'm actually  having trouble right now as well. I'm up from my lowest by 6 lbs and struggling to get ahold of it all. But there's no going back, only going forward and I can only do that with knowledge, experience of which i don't have but am trying to acheive!</description>

		<description>wishing you success! Enjoy your travels as much as possible. 4 burgers before a weigh in does equal 4 lbs. Been there. Done that. Will be there again on Sunday after I go out to eat on Saturday night, but oh well. It's a life time challenge. I don't expect to get everything right all the time. I don't have that much determination. Just do your best, keep reflecting, and keep on going! Again, it's a real help that your hubby is involved instead of a bystander and 100% enabler!</description>
