I’m a little stressed out about school right now but I’m trying to make sure that doesn’t throw me off plan. So far everything is going well this week and I’m looking forward to my official weigh-in on Monday morning. I got in some walking and have been sticking with my calorie goals.
I have noticed I really need to get new shoes. Mine have no support right now and my feet hurt every morning when I wake up from walking the day before. I think I will try to get some new shoes while on Thanksgiving break.
