I’m a 6′2 full time graduate student studying Early Childhood Education. I’ll be graduating soon and hopefully finding a full time job working with infants and toddlers in Part C services.

In my spare time I love to sew and do other crafty things. I’m quite the social girl and spend a lot of time with family and friends.

This blog it to track my progress on the South Beach Diet, I’ll post mostly Daily Food Diaries, but perhaps some recipes and other things will make thier way in too!
