Weekly weigh in July 11, 2009
After a week of vacation my weight is 236. =D
As my friend said, “Who looses weigh on vacation?!” I ate out a lot with my family and still managed to eat Phase 1.5 friendly. I started adding in one starch and one fruit a day and it seems to be going all right. I’m going to add in another fruit serving and see how that goes.
I also got the new “Super Charged” book so I’m hoping to try some interval walking this week.
I’m also really wondering why tea is so discouraged on SB. I don’t even drink caffinated. I guess I’ll just have to find out what works for me. =D
