Ten years from the dreadful attack. I will never forget…

This morning I am drinking my water getting ready for a run :) I am trying for 25 minutes again this morning

 

(along with a 5walk to warm up, 5 to cool down) Then its on to chores for me. I would like to get them all done today so I have nothing much to do on Tuesday and then Wednesday I am getting my hair did… lol Still unsure of the cut/color I am getting. I think I am chickening out of getting it all cut off… we shall see!

Wednesday Sept 7

Well, the rain has finally stopped! I didn’t get to run yesterday because it wouldn’t let up at all… But, I have big plans to run this morning even if I don’t really feel like it! I know I will feel better when I finish! Still very gloomy out and about 65-perfect for running!

I have decided as of last night that I don’t think my body is in line with my thoughts! I think my intelligence wants me to lose weight and my body is trying to keep the weight on and telling me to eat more to make up for the running I have been doing… I am going to attempt to change it by being very concious about what I am eating. I have been eating too many processed foods and I have had a couple drinks the past couple nights. No More. No more drinking for a while… and More whole foods!

On my to-do list today:

  • Laundry
  • c25kw6d1 or run 25 min :) If I am feeling froggy!<—CRUSHED IT! Yeah Baby! 25 min down!
  • Clean Kitchen
  • bathrooms
  • Lunches for the week (Kale salad, sesame broccoli salad, quinoa salad)
  • Dinner Plans for the week

Good Rainy feeling like a winter’s day Morning! I am kinda loving it… I just wish the rain would let up so I could get my run in before lunch… not sure if I can manage it after! Its not even 60 degrees and I am about to break out the fall candles… this has got to be one of my favorite times of year- there is just something about the crisp breezy air with that pumpkin spice scent. <3. SO

Other than planning to do c25kw6d1 I need to do some chores around the house(not too hard with the breezy air!), meet a friend for lunch(Whole foodsmmm), hit up walmart for a couple red placemats, Plan lunches/dinners for the week, and do some laundry. fun stuff.

MONDAY

What a slow day at work! i actually got up and ran finally… i did c25kw5d3…a whole 20plus minutes jogging completed and fairly easily! whooohoooo! i think i ate too much tonight, but thats ok… all op just too much. i will post more tomorrow… hard on the ipad!

Saturday

I have the day MOSTLY off of work. I have one appointment at 3:00… I was supposed to get up and run this morning and that didn’t happen either. I woke up late and it was too hot. Already over 80 at 8, no thank you. However day after tomorrow the high is supposed to be 70! Crazy weather! So my mom and her best bud are coming up today and while I have my one appointment I am treating them to massages at the spa…. Drinking my refreshing green lemon monster now. Delish I just wish it wasn’t such a pain to peel lemons and get the seeds out!

So, we have an art gala thing to go to this evening and I am thinking NO drinking for me because I have GOT to RUN tomorrow!!!!! I don’t like taking two days in a row off! I need to keep my momentum. SO, that said here is my plan for the day…

W: rest day 2. too hot!
V: 2 Alive!

B: Green lemon smoothie(spinach, apple, 2 lemons, cucumber, bit of pineapple)
S: 1/2 serving Steel cut oats
L: Either the Wild Cow or Silly Goose…lol Will be good ether way!
S:-
D: Probably out again. not sure where. we will be out and about all day so hopefully I can stay OP all the way!!!

Wednesday

Good Morning! I was just about to head out for a run when I realized my phone was almost dead- not good when the app I use to run is on it! I will give it a few minutes and hopefully it will get charged quickly… its already warmer and more humis than yesterday but I think I will be fine! I went out and bought some bike shorts last night to run in, my capri’s will be great for the fall but I just feel like they are too warm for right now- I have been rolling them up and that is seksy let me tell ya! lol

W: I think I am nuts but going to go for 3 days in a row with C25K…
V: 2 Alive Multis

B: leftover tofu scramble
S: green monster lemonade(hopefully) spinach, apple, lemon, cucumber
L: huge salad topped with quinoa
S: banana smoothie topped with granola
D: falafel patties(4) on top of baby greens, tomato, mushrooms with tofu/dill/cucumber dressing

Dessert this evening! Smoothie made with apple, lemon, rum,pomegranite liqueur,pineapple, raspberries.(this wasn’t that great, sounds good but not super tasty… next time I prefer a green lemonade again no liquor!(DID I JUST SAY THAT?!?!?!))

Good Morning! Even though I ran yesterday and thought I would take a rest day today and do another day of w4 tomorrow I decided to get up, and COMPLETED W5D1! whoohooo! It felt great! I am just having some breakfast now and have a dentist appointment in about an hour… I am still all sweaty so I need to hurry and hop in the shower! Will try to post more later!

Here is my plan for the day!

Good Morning! I am about to get ready for my long MOD day at work. I worked yesterday too-its been a long week! I don’t have a lot to post about. My week 4 with C25K is getting much better. I actually felt like I could have kept going today. I am thinking one more day then finally on to week 5. I am feeling better all around though eating healthy and working out! Just what I needed! I haven’t been drinking much either… I had 2 beers when we went to dinner Sunday and that is about the most I have had since the girls night. I think 2 drinks is a good stopping point! Knowing I have to make myself get up and run is huge motivation not to drink much!!! anywho- here is todays plan!

W: C25KW4D3- I am making my way through it, difficult as it may be!
V:-waiting on my supplements to come from amazon!
