Its that time of year again, well one of them. One of the times that I decide I need to challenge myself seriously! I posted today and I plan to do the Zombie Buffet 5K this year, I really hope I get to be a ZOMBIE!
I am really excited. I plan on being able to run the entire thing. I am starting C25K tomorrow and I am detoxing this week! That said I have a goal of losing 20.6lbs by Halloween! I think the extra motivation of this run and also a cute Halloween costume will work perfectly together! My goal is to be 185 by Halloween…
I also want to put everything into myfitnesspal on my phone and keep my calories at 1200…
