Mini Goal Challenges

This area is to see a list of all the Mini Goals I’ll be setting myself. I made a detailed entry about the process and the way I’ll be charting my progress here in case anyone is interested in reading up on it! I originally had set dates to reach these targets by, but life happens and it can slow one down - so I decided to remove the time limits for my weight loss.

Mini Goal # 1

Reach 183 lbs

= BMI of 30.4 - Halfway point to borderline Obese/Overweight BMI.

- Reached 30th May 2011

Mini Goal # 2

Reach 180 lbs

= BMI of 30 - Borderline Obese/Overweight BMI.

- Reached 6th July 2011

Mini Goal # 3

Reach 165 lbs

= BMI of 27.5 - Halfway point to borderline Overweight/Healthy BMI.

- Reached 5th November 2011

Mini Goal # 3.1

Reach 164 lbs

= Weight when I was 18

- Reached 10th November 2011

Mini Goal # 3.2

Reach 159 lbs

= Weight when I was 17

- Reached 17th January 2012

Mini Goal # 4

Reach 150 lbs

= BMI of 25 - Borderline Overweight/Healthy BMI.

- Reached 23rd June 2012

- Reset Challenge September 2012

Mini Goal # 4.5

Reach 145 lbs

= Means I will be lighter than my boyfriend

Mini Goal # 5

Reach 140 lbs

= BMI of 23.3 - Halfway point to Goal Weight.

Final Mini Goal - The Last Push!

Reach 130 lbs

= BMI of 21.6 - HEALTHY AND AT TARGET WEIGHT!
