Reset
So, I am 4 days into the reset program by USANA and I am feeling great. It’s basically like this: shakes for all 3 meals, 2 snack bars, and 1 serving of fruit and 1
serving of veggies per day. And it is 5 days long. So…only one more day! It is supposed to help end your surgar cravings, stabilize your blood sugar, and “reset” your metabolism. *** as long as you continue eating well after, of course.
It’s surprising…I haven’t really been hungry, I’ve felt pretty good, and most importantly…I haven’t been having the sugar cravings, which is my weak spot. Now I just need to prepar
for days 6 and beyond. I feel overwhelmed with all the information out there. But I also feel that I’m really close to getting it. Like all this information is swirling around me and I just need to organize it, stick with it, and it (I) will be a success =)
