		<description>Funny how much of the success is in our perspective - I was reading along your post and from the beginning I was like "Geez, she is SUCH as success and inspiration, having lost almost 30 pounds, and almost being in the 170s!  She started close to where I am and I can't wait until I am as successful as she is."  ... then i read the end of your post and see that you are NOT that happy with where you are because you have this "should have" timeline in your head.  ARGH!  Please see the success that you've had - not only the weight lost, but also the stick-to-it-ness and working through the challenges.  In real life more people lose 1 pound a week than those who do the "official" 2 pounds - and it's just fine, as is even slower.  The important thing is that you stay on track, you'll get to your goal in time. 

In the meantime, BRAVO to you for all you've done so far!</description>

That's great that you have found a DVD that you like, sometimes just knowing that you have worked out, even if it's not for a very long period of time, can be enough to keep the food in check.
