Things are going well.  Unofficial weight today was just under 178, according to the Wii Fit.  It does seem to be pretty accurate.  At first it was around 10 lbs off, but then we put the little leg extenders on and it’s been fairly accurate since then.  Plan is to go to a ww meeting tommorrow morning for the official weigh in.  I have been feeling lazy this week.  Have not been exercising.  It’s been hot, so have not been able to do much outside.  We’ve been hanging out in the house, reading, watching tv, computer.  Haven’t even felt much like going to the pool it’s been so hot.  I think we’re all kinda bored with summer, so it’s a good think school will be starting soon.  10 days to be exact!  I did do a little bit of exercise earlier while watching days of our lives.  I have not watched that in a while.  Used to watch it all the time in high school/college.  I did some push ups and ab exercises and did some bouncing/ jogging/ dancing on the mini trampoline.  It wasn’t that intense, but better than nothing. 

I was thinking about how long i’ve been doing weight watchers.  It’s been about 9 1/2 months now.  When I first started I had in my mind that I’d be at goal way before now.  But I guess the fact that I’ve kept with it this long even if not at the pace i want is good.  I want to be at goal before the 1 year mark gets here though.  So, my long range goal now is to get to 155 before November.  I think I started on Nov 4.  It was the monday after Halloween.  That’s definitely possible.  I have around 23 lbs left to lose.  I may actually want to go lower than this, but I want to get to lifetime so I don’t have to pay that $40/month!!!!!!  That’s 12 weeks away, if I counted correctly.  That would average out to just under 2 lb loss per week.  I can do it if I stay focused. 

I’ve also been thinking about switching to Core instead of doing Flex like I have since the start.  I’m just tired of keeping track of everything and having to write everything down.  I’m scared to try though.  i’m going to read over the materials for Core, and maybe start trying to eat mostly core but still keep track of points for  awhile and see how it goes.  then maybe I’ll switch over completely if it doesn’t seem to bad.
