will come tomorrow morning, when I go back to my first ww meeting in over 3 weeks. I Think I will be up a little bit, and am prepared for that. If it’s only 1-2 lbs I’ll be thrilled with everything that’s been going on the past couple weeks.
I did start exercising again. Been walking every evening. Today I went for a walk in the morning and evening. Yesterday did Level 1 of The 30 Day Shred.
No matter what happens tomorrow morning, at least I’m getting back to the program!
