Back on Track, almost?

At this weeks weigh in, things were at least headed in the right direction. -1.2 lbs, so I’m now at 184 again. I did good at keeping track of my point early last week, but I didn’t do as well later in the week. I have been trying really hard to keep track of everything this week, and have done pretty well so far. The one thing I’ve been doing pretty well at is getting my exercise in pretty regularly. I’ve been walking around the neighborhood or at a local park and I’ve been doing a new dvd I got- Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred. That is pretty challenging for me, but what I like best is that it’s only 20 minutes, but I still feel like I’ve done something worthwhile when I’m done. And now that the carrot cake is gone, that along with the exercise will hopefully show some more downward progress on the scale Tuesday.

Good for you on getting back on track w the exercise and the points tracking (more or less!)

Way to go on the exercise, usually that’s the hard part for people. That’s great that you have found a DVD that you like, sometimes just knowing that you have worked out, even if it’s not for a very long period of time, can be enough to keep the food in check. Let’s hope the scale keeps going down and your waist keeps getting smaller!
