Overdue Update

Wow it’s been several weeks since my last entry. Went to my latest meeting this morning. Had a brand new leader. The leader I had decided I liked best announced last week that she wouldn’t be doing any more meetings at that location due to personal reasons. The new leader did well. I think I’m going to stay with this meeting time. It seems to work best for me. I noticed today that there was a whole row of “old timers” that have been doing WW for 20+ years. I now weigh 189.2. That’s a total loss of 19.6 lbs! I’m only .4 lbs away from my 10% goal. I went ahead and rewarded myself for that and opened a CD I’d bought just over a week ago. I was going to save it for 20 lbs, but I thought I’d treat myself early. After all, .4 lbs is really close right? So I sit hear enjoying the lastest Casting Crowns CD. Maybe it will give me some extra inspiration for a great weight loss week! I fully plan on getting my 10% charm next week at the meeting. The weather is supposed to be warmer this week, so I should be able to get out and walk several times. I am so ready for spring!!!!!!
I’ve been doing a lot of think about decorating lately. We’ve been here in our house about 8 month now and other than in the kids rooms, have not hung up a thing on our walls! I was going through some old wall hangings and such and decided I either don’t like it anymore, or that it doesn’t really go well with how I want the place to look. So, I see some shopping in the future. Also been looking at getting new dishes. I can’t believe the prices of some things! Of course it’s been about 15 years since I’ve bought any. Dh and I also have looked around at treadmills. I”m hesitant about buying one though, because I’m afraid of it becoming a clothing rack! I get bored easily doing the same thing exercise wise, and I’m afraid I’d get bored with it too easily. I was thinking maybe a gym membership would be better, because then I could have more variety in workouts. I don’t know. I guess I’ll have to think about it some more.
